The Brief
We’re in the world of events day in, day out, and have been for the past 16 years. We know the trials and tribulations of running successful events and the effects it can impose on every event professional involved. The late nights, the out of hours client phone calls you can’t dodge, the slue of team meetings keeping you from working on your to-do list, it’s a lot for anyone to handle! We knew we could take our expertise and make a difference.
The Solution
We created our Permission to Press Pause sessions "Mindful Movement & Resilience: Navigating the Events Industry with Mental Health in Mind" to nurture the relationship event professionals have with their mind and well-being. Each session is 40 minutes of insightful exploration on how mindfulness contributes to resilience, the importance of self-care in preventing burnout and providing a toolkit to integrate mindfulness into everyday life. Since launching our Permission to Press Pause sessions, we’ve helped over 200+ event professionals from both event agencies and venues to give themselves the time they need to get back in touch with their mind.
