Walking
Just allowing a few minutes a day to get out in nature and go for a walk can make heaps of difference to your working day!
Could you walk to work?
Jump off the tube earlier and walk some of the way?
Can you take your lunch break out in nature?
Could you take that marketing meeting with the team out for walk whilst brainstorming ideas?
Are you always on a zoom call?
Could you meet with that person to 'net-walk' rather than network, or take that zoom call on a walk?

You spend a lot of time in the workplace, so why not get creative within it!
In the kitchen get creative with some healthy recipes, get the team to bring them all in for a nutritional lunch to all share
Arts & crafts - Get crafty in a class in the office, or use the office supplies you have to get crafty for Christmas!

Introduce new experiences into your working week, such as.....

Or even a 'Happy Hour'
Give the team an hour in their week to do something that makes them happy!
