Mindful Walks
The Brief
In May 2024 we were in talks with Look Lively who wanted us to support them in organising something a little different for their clients in honour of Walking Month and Mental Health Awareness Week. They were looking to incorporate wellness into the lives of their clients and find a way to teach them about the best practices which work for them, and how to embrace it on a day to day basis. They wanted to stay local to their area of London but still step into nature within the metropolis.
The Solution
We took the brief from Look Lively and realised our Mindful Walks would be the best solution for their desires and clients. Working with their team, we created 6 walking routes around 6 buildings belonging to their clients over 6 different days. A PDF was created and handed out to staff within the buildings to ensure anyone who couldn’t attend one day could attend another, and would offer the chance of a change of scenery for those attending more than one walk. Each walk was 45-minutes and guided by one of our expert Well-being Warriors who taught each attendee about the power of mindfulness and how to incorporate it in their lives. Pair that with a beautiful sunny day in London’s plentiful green spaces? You’re asking for some happy faces!
