Team Building Morning
The Brief
We were approached by GOTO Events who are one of the largest organisations who provide team building events and activities to any type of business, to help with one of their events. They were creating a team building morning for Deloitte’s Finance Department in the beautiful DeVere Beaumont Estate in Windsor and needed a dash of well-being for the finance team. We knew that GOTO wanted to put on a creative activity to get Deloitte’s team into a peaceful zone of zen, so we had a good basis to work on.
The Solution
Before our session started, Lucy guided each one of the 51 finance department guests through a 15 minute Mindfulness and Meditation Session, to get them in the right frame of mind to fully engage and switch into their deep creativity mode.
Our fantastic artistic Warrior then helped us create an incredibly engaging Mindful Painting session! The event was hosted in a room inside The White House where our warrior guided guests through creating a Mindful Mandala painting onto black card. Creating Mandala’s requires a lot of focus which is perfect for taking you out of the ‘work’ mindset and into a peaceful activity! It was interesting for us to see the different styles and patterns each person created and the choice of colours they used, and the amazing energy shift in the room, now following with creativity and calm, the perfect combination to start their morning ahead of their long journey’s back home.
