New Venue Showcase
The Brief
Venues by Bespoke were showcasing their beautiful new 1,500 acre venue of Hartswood Estate in 2023 which included a host of vendors for corporate clients. The first day was for their corporate contacts and the second day was for their individual contacts. They sought to include a well-being element to their showcase to offer their attendees the opportunity to embrace new and interesting practices to utilise in their use of the venue. This is where Be In Your Element came in. We set off to create a plan for their schedule on the first day for the corporate attendees.
The Solution
To make the most of the day and get as many attendees involved (around 200 in total) we incorporated four different sessions into the schedule in the form of a Wellness Walk. We hosted an Aromatherapy and Tea Making Workshop, a Beat Breathing Session, a Forest Bathing Session, and a Flow Movement Session.
Venues by Bespoke needed to showcase the grounds in all their beauty, so with that mission we created a Wellness Walk with our sessions. Of the attendees who signed up to be a part of our session walk, we split them into four groups respective of the number of sessions we hosted.
Each group was labelled and started at different points of the tour to keep to our schedule and ensure everyone was able to experience some magic!
Group A started with Aromatherapy and Tea Making, Group B started with Beat Breathing, Group C started with Forest Bathing and Group D started with Flow Movement. We had 4 Warriors guide each group to their next session through the beautiful grounds which enabled each attendee to experience all four sessions.
